Halo Water Proofing started small in the Newton area and grew because customers kept referring us to their neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Newton technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
Our Newton crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.

These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
